Responsible person for strategic and financial analysis of the NetZeroCities (NZC) project at UPM. The project is an initiative launched as part of the European Green Deal and directly supports the European Commission's Mission for 100 Climate Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030. OFFER DESCRIPTION
1. Ensure the alignment of the NZC project with the cities strategy of other projects, coordination and follow-up, while expanding the project’s collaboration networks in the areas of urban innovation, resilient cities, and climate neutral cities.
2. Strengthen relationships and operationalize the NZC project’s collaboration agreements with other relevant initiatives and entities.
3. Design and implement support strategies and policies to promote national narratives and multilevel governance for climate action.
4. Guide and monitor the development and implementation of national platforms, extract lessons learned and create materials to share them with other cities and contexts.
5. Expand the mission oriented approach, and support innovation and experimentation in the development and implementation of public policies for cities within the context of the NetZeroCities project.
6. Coordinate among the different people and teams various and lines of work related to urban governance, multi stakeholder collaboration, and systemic innovation
7. Prepare the necessary materials for workshops and learning exchanges and reports and presentations for the European Commission.
8.represent the NZC project in relevant forums related to the initiative
