Evaluation Program R1R2

The Evaluation Program for R1 and R2 researchers hired under research projects started in May 2021, as part of the initiative to obtain the "Human Resources Strategy for Research (HRS4R)" label. This action is aligned with one of the 40 principles established by the Charter and the Code of Conduct, specifically Principle 11: “Evaluation Systems,” from the Chapter: “Ethical and Professional Aspects.”

The goal of this evaluation is to provide R1 and R2 researchers hired under research projects with a written evaluation, signed by their supervisor, regarding the knowledge and skills acquired during the project, which can guide the next steps in the researcher’s professional career.

It is an open program in which any R1 or R2 researcher can participate, upon agreement with their supervisor, following the detailed instructions in the call for applications.

    • Step 1: Before the end of the contract or every two years, the responsible investigator meets with the R1 or R2 investigator, and together, they attempt to answer the evaluation questionnaire.
    • Step 2: The responsible investigator completes the evaluation report of the research conducted by the R1 or R2 investigator, and it is sent to the recipient by e-mail.
